It's incredibly satisfying to help companies integrate electromobility as a successful business model and see them grow and evolve with it. – Sebastian Jagsch

Good afternoon, Sebastian. Thank you for taking the time for this interview. What drives you personally in your work at Greenventors?

Sebastian Jagsch: What drives me is the enthusiasm for technology and the change it brings. It is incredibly satisfying to help companies integrate electromobility as a successful business model and see them grow and develop with it.

You and your co-founder Dr. Andreas Pfeiffer have built greenventors with a hands-on mentality from the very beginning. Why is it so important for your customers to have an implementation-oriented partner at their side?

Sebastian Jagsch: Andreas and I founded greenventors with the vision of helping companies take advantage of the opportunities offered by emobility. For our customers, we contribute not only our knowledge and experience, but also our enthusiasm for the topic. We want to create actionable results and not just PowerPoint slides for the drawer! This passion can be contagious and helps companies to tackle and implement the necessary changes.

What about the individual projects you work on? Is every project different?

Sebastian Jagsch: Absolutely, every project is unique. Every company has its own goals, challenges and opportunities. This is what makes our work so interesting and satisfying. It's all about working with the customer to find solutions that are tailored to their specific needs.

Can you describe a specific project for us?

Sebastian Jagsch: Sure, let's take the example of the "Petrol station of the future". At greenventors, we first analyze our customer's needs and capabilities. Then we fit these into the market and develop a new business model.

In this case, the "Petrol station of the future" should not only be a recharging point, but also a place to stay with convenience offers such as cafés or remote workplaces. This provides added value for electric drivers and additional revenue streams for the operator.

An important step is selecting and engaging the right partners, from convenience providers to government agencies. This broad collaboration ensures the successful implementation and efficient operation of the model. Our goal is to deliver an effective and sustainable solution. This is what we at greenventors understand by successful project management.

That sounds like significant added value. What is the typical process when a company decides to work with greenventors?

Sebastian Jagsch: First, we conduct a thorough analysis of the company's existing business model and technology infrastructure. Then, together with the customer, we identify potential areas for innovation or improvement. In the further course, we develop customized solutions that are precisely tailored to the customer's needs and provide support during implementation.

It is the combination of technological innovation, strategic planning and contribution to sustainability that makes it so exciting. Not only do we help companies succeed, but we also help accelerate the transition to more sustainable business models. – Sebastian Jagsch

What makes it so exciting to help customers implement emobility as a successful business?

Sebastian Jagsch: It is the combination of technological innovation, strategic planning and the contribution to sustainability that makes it so exciting. Not only do we help companies succeed, but we also help accelerate the transition to more sustainable business models. It's a win-win situation for us, our customers and the planet.

Finally, what are greenventors' long-term goals and how do you see the future of technological innovation in terms of business model transformation?

Sebastian Jagsch: In the long term, we want to be a driving force in the development of sustainable and innovative business models. We believe that technological innovation will continue to advance rapidly and that it is crucial for companies to constantly adapt and innovate in order to remain competitive and have a positive impact on the world.
